  1. What are your shipping costs/rates?
    Free shipping for all Malaysia orders over RM150. We ship domestic orders using Pos Laju.

      Shipping duration : 3-5 working days

    Sabah & Sarawak
      Pos Laju
      Order above RM180 : Free Shipping
      Order below RM180 : RM13

  2. Do you ship internationally?
    Sorry, currently we do not ship internationally.

  3. Do you process orders during weekends and public holidays?
    Sorry! Our warehouse is closed during weekends and Public Holidays. Therefore, your orders will be processed on the next working day.

  4. How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You will usually get your shipping notification email within 1 – 3 working days of placing your order.

    See how close you are to receiving your package by tracking your order by entering your order number, tracking number or email address.

    If you didn’t receive the shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support Team so at support@lermaids.com we can help you out.

  5. Can I update my shipping address after placing the order?
    Typically, we are unable to edit your shipping address once your order has been processed. You may expect a shipping confirmation email within the next 48 hours! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well.

  6. How soon will I get my package?
    Typically, it takes 1-2 working days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail in case you can’t find it. Below are the standard delivery times:

      i. Peninsular Malaysia – 3 to 5 working days
      ii. Sabah & Sarawak  – 3 to 7 working days

  7. How do I track my package?
    You are so close to receiving your order! Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to follow up your parcel’s journey to you.

    If you didn’t receive the Shipping Confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@lermaids.com so we can help you out.

  8. Which carrier do you use?
    We partnered with Pos Laju for shipping arrangement. You may select your preferred carrier during check-out.

  9. Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?
    Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you.

  10. Do you ship to PO Box address?
    No, we do not ship to PO box address. Please make sure someone is at home to accept the delivery, or you may have to contact our courier partner to reschedule the delivery.

  11. Is my order shipped out? I did not receive my shipping confirmation email.
    We are super excited for you to receive your order, but please be patient!

    Typically, it takes 1-3 working days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well.

  12. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
    Generally, your package should arrive before the tracking status is marked as ‘Delivered’. If you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with anyone at home or your neighbors if they have received it on your behalf.

    Sometimes the tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as ‘Delivered’ before they arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days.

  13. My package is stuck, and tracking hasn’t been updated?
    We are super excited for you to receive your order, but please be patient!

    It may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. We recommend referring to our shipping partner’s online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order.

    If 14 full working days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@lermaids.com! We hope you understand that we are unable to assist you further with your order until after the 14th working day.

  14. What happens if I enter an incorrect/incomplete address at the checkout?
    If your parcel is undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address, you can always contact and liaise with our shipping partner to reschedule delivery to the correct address.

  15. What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
    If you miss your parcel and if it is not collected in 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you wish it to re-ship to you, there will be a re-shipping fee. We are not held liable for parcels that have failed to be collected.
